Review.

Term Workshop at the HfBK Dresden. Dresden marked the starting point for the second exchange in this form. Afterwards the exchange continued to the Latvian Academy in Riga (28.03. – 08.04.22), via the Hungarian Academy of Arts in Budapest (11. – 22.04.22) to the Roman Academy, which will hold its workshops from 06. to 17. June in Rome.

The course “Rooming” under the direction of the artist Christian Henkel was about contemporary sculpture: sculpture as well as object. Among other things, the course explored the question of how to use things in one’s environment for art, for example. What role do space, material and color play in this? The focus in the workshop was on the individual work, as well as its placement in space. On the last day, the finished works could be viewed in the Weißen Gasse.
