Online Symposium
During the Symposium we held online on March 7th we presented to the audience the EU4ART Mentoring System, a network we had then just started to structure as part of the Long Term Mobility experience for the incoming students in our hosting institutions.
The mentoring system is articulated as follows: there is a Mentor Coordinator, the Mentors, and their Mentees, meaning respectively the students of the receiving institution and the incoming EU4ART students, and whose relationship this program is based on.
On the Symposium, we talked about what our Mentoring System already featured, the different ideas implemented by the partner universities, and what could have been improved in the future, reaching out to and scheduling interventions by current and former Mentors and Mentees.
