Graduated from the Art Academy of Latvia (AAL) Art History and Theory Department, receiving a bachelor’s and master’s degree. Since her studies, AAL has also been her workplace – currently holding the position as vice-rector for Academic Affairs and in 2018 she initiated and still manages the specialization of Art History and Theory Department – Curatorial Studies.
